Snoop Lion aka Snoop Dogg has signed a new record deal with RCA for the release of his upcoming soundtrack/album Reincarnated. announced a partnership with RCA Records to release the soundtrack to his upcoming documentary Reincarnated.

The album is slated for release in Spring of 2013, and is Snoop's first official foray into reggae and dancehall-influenced music.

The documentary, Reincarnated, details Snoop's trip to Jamaica and its profound affect on him.

"Major Lazer and I had a special opportunity to focus on recording Reincarnated from top-to-bottom with no interruptions in Jamaica," said Snoop. "From my time spent with the people and in the streets, these songs are based on peace, love, and the struggle. ‘Here Comes The King’ is a taste of what's to come off that Reincarnated album and movie. It's going to be an exciting 2013. Bless up."
