Comedian Taken Into Custody After Traffic Stop

Troubled comedian Katt Williams has been arrested by Yolo County Sheriffs deputies. Williams was taken into custody Friday night (December 7th) at a gas station after a traffic stop. An arrest warrant had been issued out of Sacramento County the day before for a reckless driving incident that happened last month.

In November, Williams evaded police in Sacramento on a motorized three-wheeler. Police had attempted to pull him over for driving on a sidewalk near a hotel. The police stopped the pursuit, after Williams reportedly yelled "I'm not going to stop!," out of concern for the public.

Katt Williams' bizarre behavior and numerous arrests over the last several months have jeopardized his career and also led to his celebrity friends, most notably rapper Snoop Dogg, to voice their concern for his well-being.
