Imprint Supposedly Headed To Atlantic Records

Rick Ross revealed during a chat with 99 Jamz in Miami last night (December 10th) that his Maybach Music Group imprint is moving from Warner Music to its subsidiary Atlantic Records. It is unclear what sparked the alleged move, but the news has raised some eyebrows--and for good reason.

Ross' rival, Young Jeezy, is currently Senior VP of Atlantic Records.

It is unclear what role, if any, Jeezy will have in Maybach Music Group and there hasn't been an 'official' word on the move to Atlantic, however. More details on this as it develops.
