Chief Keef's probation hearing has been pushed back. The controversial Chicago rapper won't have to go before a judge until January 28th, 2013, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.
Keef was initially supposed to go to court on December 12th, but the prosecution reportedly requires more time to properly prepare.
Keef faces charges of violating the terms of his probation after he appeared in a Pitchfork Media video with a firearm.
His debut album, Finally Rich, was released this week.
