Lil Wayne Addresses Sandy Hook Victims

Lil Wayne paid a visit to Jim Rome's new show "Jim Rome On Showtime," where he discussed a number of topics. The YMCMB superstar reflected on his prison stint, the support he received from NFL legend Brett Favre, his frustration with NFL rule changes and athletes who pursue hip hop careers.

But before the end of the show, Wayne took time to deliver a message to those affected by the shooting last week at Sandy Hook Elementary, in Newtown, Connecticut.

"Before I leave, I want to say you mentioned that in 2010, I was locked up for a weapon. If there was anything I could do in my life that I could ever change, it'd be that. Sandy Hook Elementary, my heart goes out to you," he said showing that Sandy Hook Elementary was written on his shirt.
