Frank Ocean Was Busted In California

Singer/songwriter Frank Ocean was cited in California for drug possession. The incident reportedly happened around 4:30pm on New Year's Eve, when a Mono County Deputy Sheriff noticed the star's vehicle speeding. Along with a California Highway Patrol Officer, the deputy pulled the car over on Hwy 395 near Tom's Place.

The deputy said that he smelled marijuana when he approached the vehicle.

According to reports, Frank Ocean--born Christopher Breaux--had a small amount of marijuana on his person. He was cited and released.
