Maybach Music Group rapper Gunplay, born Richard Morales, is no longer confined to house arrest. The Miami hip hop star was arrested in October for armed robbery and aggravated assault charges, but according to DDotOmen--with confirmation from both Gunplay and MMG head Rick Ross--he is currently a free man.

The rapper's "Cop and Robbers" mixtape is due out tomorrow (January 19th.)

"[Today, I can exclusively confirm after speaking with Gunplay's camp that he is now back on the street after a judge has granted his house arrest be lifted, which is just in time for his Cops N Robbers mixtape release, dropping tomorrow," stated DDotOmen.
