T.I. Is At the Center of a Bidding War

Atlantic Records' 10 year contract with Atlanta hip hop superstar T.I. ended last month, and now the rapper has reportedly put together a proposal for a $75 million deal that he wants going forward. Dr. Dre is reportedly attempting to woo Tip over to Interscope Records, while Jay-Z is making a bid to bring the "King of the South" to Roc Nation.

T.I.'s desired deal will include three albums, 10-20 percent of his publishing, touring, merchandise, film and television rights, corporate endorsements and exclusive signing of all Grand Hustle artists.

According to reports, Sony has placed a $50 million offer on the table, and T.I. will also be meeting with Universal over the next few days.
