Chris Brown In Trouble With D.A.

Chris Brown could be hot water with the D.A. surrounding his community service in connection with his pleading guilty to assaulting Rihanna in 2009. TMZ reports that Bryan T. Norwood, the Chief of Police in Richmond, VA., wrote a letter to the judge on September 14, claiming Brown completed 202 days of community service. But the D.A. is claiming that Brown and the Chief of Police had a prior relationship.

The D.A. claims to have found no "credible, competent or verifiable evidence" that Brown completed his community service.

The D.A. reportedly believes that the documentation provided is fraudulent. is asking the judge to reject Chris' alleged Virginia community service hours and make him fulfill his obligation in L.A. County.
