Chris Brown's Attorney Denies Fraud Claims

Chris Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, has responded to the assertion by an L.A. County District Attorney that Brown produced fraudulent documents to confirm he had successfully completed his community service stemming from his 2009 guilty plea to domestic assault following Brown's beating of his girlfriend, Rihanna.

Geragos denies that any documents were forged and he calls the motion to revoke Brown's probation "shameful and a disgrace."

"In essence, it calls everyone a liar in the Richmond Police Department and the Virginia Probation Department," Geragos said. He also revealed that he plans to seek sanctions from the D.A.'s Office for filing a "frivolous, scurrilous and frankly defamatory motion."
