Rapper Suffered From Diabetic Seizure

Veteran rapper Tim Dog has passed away. The rhymer from the Bronx reportedly died yesterday (February 14th) after suffering a diabetic seizure.

Dog is infamous for the controversial track "F**k Compton," which many cite as the first musical shot fired in the infamous East Coast-West Coast hip hop rivalry that would later dominate the 1990s. He was briefly involved in a beef with Dr. Dre and Snoop Doggy Dogg, who referenced his diss record on Dre's 1992 album, The Chronic.

He broke through alongside the influential Ultramagnetic MCs before releasing his debut Penicillin On Wax in the early 90s. He released several more albums throughout the decade.
