Young Vito Murder Trial Begins

Jury selection process began yesterday (February 18th) for the murder trial of Vinson Hardimon, aka rapper Young Vito, who is accused of shooting and killing Brick Squad rapper Slim Dunkin.

Dunkin was shot in Atlanta back in December of 2011 over a dispute that began over a piece of candy. Reportedly, the argument escalated into a physical altercation, when Hardimon allegedly shot the 24-year old in the stomach.

Young Vito faces charges of felony murder and aggravated assault. He has pleaded not guilty. He has been held without bond since January 2012.
