Rapper Due Back In Court On April 13th

Rapper Lil Flip pleaded guilty yesterday (February 20th) to three counts of possession of a firearm, narcotics possession and speeding. He was pulled over last month in Louisiana and the police found marijuana and a rifle in his vehicle.

He has stated that the gun was licensed and that the alleged marijuana was in reality tobacco cigars. He has made it clear that he will fight the charges.

Flip previously voiced his side of things on Twitter, decrying the charges and criticizing the police.

A pre-trial court date has been scheduled for April 13th.
