Arrest Made In French Montana Fan Shooting

An arrest has been made in the shooting death of a man who was killed near the tour bus of rapper French Montana. Police in Philadelphia arrested a 20 year old man named Frank Briggs, who is accused of firing into a crowd surrounding the bus.

Montana confirmed in a recent interview that he had nothing to do with the incident and he was not targeted.

Briggs faces charges of murder, attempted murder, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, and firearms crimes.
