''Shoes For Running'' Tour Starts In Athens, GA

Big Boi has announced dates for his upcoming "Shoes For Running" tour, which also features fellow Atlanta hip hop star Killer Mike.

The tour starts in Athens, GA at the Georgia Theater on April 18th. The duo will make stops in Philadelphia, Chicago and L.A. before winding things down at Paradise in Boston on June 19th.

"We starting it off in my own backyard ... that's right up the street," Big Boi told Rolling Stone. "They'll show me love before we get out there in the midst of the world." Additional stops on the venture include Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Chicago, Illinois and Los Angeles, California. The tour concludes at Boston, Massachusetts' Paradise on June 19th.
