Producer Claims He Never Received Credit

Singer/songwriter Frank Ocean is facing a lawsuit over his song "Lost." Songwriter/producer Micah Otano is claiming that he wasn't credited or compensated for his work on the song, which was released as a single from Ocean's acclaimed channel ORANGE album.

AllHipHop reports that Otano says that he worked with fellow producer Malay on the track, which was originally called "Daylight." When the track found it's way onto Ocean's album, however, Malay took sole credit.

Otano did receive songwriting credit for the track. Nonetheless, he's named Ocean, Malay and Def Jam in his suit.
