Former Adult Star and Rapper Debuting Interview Series

Retired adult film star and radio personality Sinnamon Love and famed emcee Jean Grae are joining up for Love's new “Sex Love + Hip Hop” live performance and interview series. Building on her weekly column, Love says that the event will give fans a chance to talk about intimacy and relationships.

“I wanted to put together something with a live audience that was a little more intimate; I could do a one on one with the artists,” Sinnamon told HipHopDX. “I like being able to showcase the artists that other people are fans of. I like letting them talk about things that other people don’t usually get them to talk about. It gives them an opportunity to talk about things other than the music.”

“Jean is one of my best friends,” she added. “We’ve known each other for years, we love each other and she’s super dope. I knew that she would be an active participant in my show, and it wouldn’t be like pulling teeth to get her to answer questions. She trusts me enough to ask me questions and ask them respectfully. Anyone who follows her on Twitter knows—she’s one of the smartest, wittiest people. I wanted the first show to feature somebody that I like, respect and will have me laughing on stage.”
