Actual Lawsuit Amount Is Revealed

40 Glocc's now-infamous brawl with the Game last year resulted in a lawsuit being filed by 40 against the Compton rapper, and now it has been revealed just how much Game could stand to lose in court. According to TMZ, 40 Glocc is seeking $4.54 million: $500,000 in pain and suffering; $500,000 in emotional distress; $750,000 in lost earnings; $2 million for punitive damages; $25,000 in medical expenses and various factors.

Game beat up 40 Glocc last summer outside of a Hollywood mansion, in an incident that 40 says included Game's 15-man entourage. The beating was filmed, and 40 was left with eye, rib, kidney and shoulder injuries.

He sued Game for assault and battery.
