Last year, there was rampant speculation that Atlanta rapper Soulja Boy was headed over to Birdman's Cash Money Records label. At the time, the labelhead shot down the rumors by saying that he's never tried to sign an artist that was already under a deal. But a tweet yesterday (March 12th) seemed to indicate that there is a growing chance that the two parties have something brewing.

"S/O. that lil homey@souljaboy Realn---a do Real thangs. RichGang YMCMB," Birdman tweeted.

Fans also noted that Soulja Boy has a "Rich Gang" tattoo on his face that resembles Birdman's. Neither has indicated that a signing is forthcoming, however.
