Rapper Released From Medical Care

Lil Wayne has come home from Cedars-Sinai finally a harrowing week in the medical facility. After leaving ICU late yesterday (March 18th), Weezy has been cleared to return home and tweeted some words out to his fans indicating that he's doing well.

"Watching Highly Questionable on ESPN2 & Papi got me kry'n laughing in dis b!t[#," Wayne tweeted.

"I'm feeling a lot better and again thk u all for ur love and prayers," he added. "It was truly felt...pause"

It is unclear how much rest the hip hop star is going to be able to get with his album, I Am Not A Human Being II slated to be released next week.
