Banner Denies QD3 Legalities

No LawsuitEarlier this month we brought you news of a lawsuit involving David Banner and his songs being featured on QD3’s controversial Carter documentary. Apparently there were some inaccuracies in the court documents because Banner is claiming that he is not a party in the lawsuit.

"Me and Quincy talked three days ago," explained Banner to XXLMag.com. "Quincy's my homie, Wayne is my homie, whatever's going on between them, I don't know what that is, but they are both very close friends of mine. And that [lawsuit] is not true, at all."

Unlike Bangladesh and Jim Jonsin, Banner says that he has been compensated for his work on Wayne's Carter III CD.
