Claiming that he's disassociating himself from alleged ex-government informant Alfamega since spring of 2009, rapper T.I. explained to Complex magazine how his experience with the former Grand Hustle artist has made him much more cautious about who he deals with on a personal level.
"It made me more cautious and aware," Tip said in the interview regarding his post-Alfamega approach. "I'm not to the point where I need to shut myself off from people, unless I feel like I need to, but I don't force myself to deal with people. If I'm not in the mood to deal with you, then I just don't deal with you. I look at it like, me not dealing with you could save me a lot of trouble--me forcing myself to deal with you could bring me a lot of trouble. So I just play it by ear...The people who introduced him to me, they didn't know. I ain't trippin' off that. On some real sh*t, I don't think about. I'm not angry, I'm not upset. I don't have any hard feelings."
