Gavin Marchand Accused of Stealing Credit Cards 1:00PM ET August 12th, 2010 Contributor : Hip Hop Blog Staff A Rocky Williform Company  Troubled rapper Foxy Brown is dealing with her own issues, but now her brother is on the wrong side of the law as well. Rapper Gavin "Pretty Boy" Marchand, who briefly served as Foxy's manager, was arrested (along with several other men) for allegedly using a stolen credit card to purchase designer clothes in Manhattan.
According to the New York Post, police were conducting surveillance at the store when Gavin, 35, and three associates arrived at the posh boutique. 31-year old Warren David allegedly attempted to use the card. When the men attempted to leave the store, police approached them, but the driver, Derwin Benoit, led police on a 90-mph chase, before he finally pulled over and surrendered.
Foxy Brown (born Inga Marchand) appeared at a grand jury hearing yesterday for allegedly violating a restraining order against her neighbor last month. "I don't know anything about that," was her only reply when asked about her brother.
Gavin Marchand could serve up to eight years in prison if convicted.
